We strive to make this event fun and successful for our vendors. We do not duplicate companies in order to allow a great experience for all.

Winery Fee



  • Booths are 12 ft X 12 ft at $75 for craft/retail vendors

  • Food spaces are $150 

  • Winery spaces are $125

  • If you require a larger space purchase additional booths 

  • Electricity is available for an additional fee of $25. 

    • You must supply your own extension cords. 

  • With each booth you will receive 2 entry bands. 

    • If you would like to have more than 2 people in your booth you must purchase additional entry bands at $10 a piece. 

    • These bands may be upgraded to tasting bands for an additional $10 on the event day. 

    • We will come to your booth to see if you are upgrading. 

  • This is a rain or shine event. 

  • If you will be using a tent, it MUST be staked and weighted at all corners. Failure to comply will require the tent to be removed. 

  • No tables or chairs will be provided, just the space. 

  • Quiet generators may be used at the discretion of the staff. 

  • We will do everything we can to get you as close to your space to unload as possible. 

  • All vehicles must be removed from the grounds as soon as you have unloaded. 

  • Do not begin setting up until your vehicle is unloaded and moved. 

  • You must be set up by 10:45am and may not break down prior to 5pm. 


This event benefits the Beaverdam Heritage Days Foundation and the Association for the Preservation of the Beaverdam Depot, two local 501c3 non-profit organizations.
